Day 2 - 3 - Montana to Glacier Park

Traveled to Montana. Stayed in Bozeman rest area.  Nice rest area with large park like setting. Lovely city.

Most rest areas have signs posted no overnite camping.  We saw families in sleeping bags who had slept out enjoying the night sky and stars.

Check Engine sensor alerted us to a cooling issue. Code said EGR which is not serious. Called Cummins and they said it would wait until Anchorage Alaska Cummins Dealer.  (Part of RV adventures is what surprise  issue you will have with your RV).  

We elected to travel thru Helena Montana as I wanted to see the city. Beautiful area. 

Arrived at Johnstons RV park near Glacier National Park.  There was a local favorite restaurant where we stayed and we had yummy soup, veal cutlet, biscuits.

No RV's our length are allowed on the "Going to the Sun" road.  We took the Honda Odyssey(our toad) and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and playing in the snow in the summer.

We sited big horn sheep at the parking area of one of the glaciers.
