Day 8 - Watson Lake to Whitehorse

Saw Liard River and discovered we could camp in the large overflow camping area for free.  Very scenic and could then go to the Hot Springs.  We decided to wait and stay on the return trip.  We continued on to Whitehorse and saw Frantic Follies which was a very funny show. We could not find an RV park in Whitehorse that could fit our RV and the RV park recommended the Whitehorse Walmart.  What a sight.  The Walmart had a McDonalds and Starbucks and Gas Station and Propane  Station and Dump Station all connected. There were 2 or 3 dozen RV's already parked. They had slides   out and grills out  and jacks down ....all which are against the RV code of conduct at Walmart. Tom and I went in and asked if we could stay and they said it would be fine.  This really looked to be Walmart RV park.
